Professional Bio

John specializes in rhetoric and composition with particular emphasis on technical, technological, and ludic rhetorics. His current research lies in the histories and historiographies of anti-institutional technical communication. In his role as a instructor, John regularly teaches classes on rhetoric & composition and technical communication at Penn State's University Park campus. During 2019-20, he can be found working as a studio assistant in the English department's Digital English Studio.
