Professional Bio

Matthew Price specializes in 19th and 20th century British literature, critical theory, and narrative/the novel. His current book project, Spatial Narratology, analyzes the structures of setting used in modern fiction, and the ways those structures inflect, refract, and otherwise resonate with the composition of socio-historical space. His articles have appeared or are forthcoming in ELN: English Language Notes, PMLA, and New Literary History.
