Professional Bio
Abby Barton is a graduate student in the MA/PhD program. She studies British literature of the late nineteenth century and early twentieth centuries, focusing on feminist and gender studies. Abby is particularly interested how women and queer writers of the period interacted with the literature and ideas of Classical Antiquity.
Abby is also an instructor of composition and rhetoric through PWR at Penn State.
