Since 2016, I have taught a range of in-person and online courses including rhetoric and composition, business writing, technical writing, and writing in the humanities. I am currently a Lecturer in English for The Pennsylvania State University.
In addition to my teaching, I have contributed to academic research at institutions such as the Musée Guimet and Institut national d’histoire de l’art with the late Anthony Cutler, Evan Pugh Professor Emeritus of Art History.
My current professional development centers on the integration of technology in teaching and examining the impact of generative AI in academia. I am also actively experimenting with incorporating AI-focused lessons into my courses to help students critically engage with emerging AI tools. Some of my other research interests include rhetoric, first-year writing pedagogy, art history, and video game studies.
In April 2025, I was appointed to the Centre Region Parks and Recreation Authority Board.
