Professional Bio
I am a third-year PhD student in rhetoric and composition studying youth(ful) rhetoric through the lenses of rhetorical history, public feeling, and science communication.
My most recent publication in Rhetoric Society Quarterly analyzes the ways public feelings about science and crisis coalesced around Dr. Anthony Fauci as an iconic celebrity figure in early-COVID-19 social media contexts. The article is open access, and you can find it here.
