Professional Bio
A Penn State-graduate myself, I have found great joy in contributing to our Penn State community by teaching ENGL 15 and ENGL 30H (Rhetoric and Composition).
Beyond the classroom, my research and hobby interests resonate heavily with food, including food writing, food culture, and food history. I love a good deep dive into the science and history of a dish and can usually be found playing around in the kitchen or with my nose in a food-related book.
