Professional Bio

Mark Erwin serves as an Assistant Teaching Professor of English, joining the faculty in Fall 2022. Before arrival at Penn State, he served in a teaching capacity at several southcentral/central PA colleges and universities since 2006. A previous publication, a newspaper column titled, “Critter Conversations with Trapper Sam O’Keefe,” was nominated for humor writing awards in each year from 2010-13.
