Professional Bio
I obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Bilkent University, Turkey, and I hold an MA in Comparative Literature from King’s College London, where I did my research on queer narratives and temporalities in Turkish and British experimental novels. I have published on graphic novels, theatrical jazz aesthetics and queer narratives. My research revolves mostly around modern and contemporary Middle Eastern literature, experimental literature, queer studies and visual culture.
