The DCMI Reading Group meets twice per semester for informal discussion of new titles in the study of digital culture and media. Both graduate student and faculty affiliates of the Department of English are welcome. Lunch will be provided on a first come, first served basis.
We will meet on September 25, 2014 at 12:30 PM in Room 1B of 224 S. Allen Street (Verizon Building) to discuss Astra Taylor’s The People’s Platform: Taking Back Power and Culture in the Digital Age (Metropolitan Books, 2014; Picador, 2015).
