Graduate students Daniela Farkas, Yafang Luo, Aaron Montalvo, and Katie Warczak have been awarded Jim & Nancy Hinkle Student Travel Grants from the Hemingway Society to attend the Society’s 19th Biennial conference in Wyoming and Montana this summer.

All are former or current Research Assistants for the Hemingway Letters Project directed by Sandra Spanier, and they will present original research on such varied topics as animality and disability, politics and Afro-Cuban religion, and visual studies and periodical culture.
